To anyone and everyone with an interest in UFO TRUTH.

To the UFO community and especially to the countless number of people that give Gary Heseltine their money on a regular basis on the promise they can rely on him to deliver UFO truth. ….

My name is James Welsh. I reside in Glasgow, Scotland and the author of ‘Corroborating Evidence- The Ufo Investigation of the Millennium’. I am a repeat experiencer who had a flurry of close range UFO sightings over five nights- within a three week period. Dec 4th to Dec 25th 1999.  I submitted the longest and most detailed UFO report to the British Ministry of Defence for the entire year of 1999.

I began to do some research in 2001 which eventually turned into the Ufo Investigation of the Millennium and cumulated in 2012. This line of research incorporated official correspondence with the MoD, The RAF ,Strathclyde Police and the C.A.A.  also incorporated in my research was a worldwide search for similar UFO reports all made during the same timeframe.  The capstone to this research involved the NASA STS103 Hubble servicing mission – specifically the redeployment of the HST and the photos taken by astronaut Claude Nicollier. Claude was gracious enough to allow me to incorporate the STS103 mission patch artwork to the cover art of my book.

I eventually published this body of evidence in 2014, the book ran for 16 weeks as an Amazon top seller reaching as high as number 4 in the UFO chart.

The reason why I am publishing this post is because I do so out of concern for the direction which Ufology is being directed at present by one man. 396 days ago, I contacted British conference host and Editor of UFO Truth Magazine with evidence that alleged eyewitness and alleged whistleblower, Larry Warren was engaged in criminal acts of deliberate deception as he was fabricating letters of provenance for fake Beatles memorabilia which he had sold at auction houses for thousands of pounds.

I had previously met Mr Warren in Holmfirth in 2015, whereby he proceeded to inform me about how he had met with Carrie Fisher who allegedly informed him that George Lucas favourite book just happened to be Left at East Gate.  Nine months later I had the misfortune of meeting Mr Warren again when he was invited to Glasgow to do a joint talk with former co-author Peter Robbins.  This time around Larry told me the same tall tale about how George Lucas alleged favourite book just happened to be LAEG. But this time around Mr Warren seemed to have forgotten all about meeting Carrie Fisher and instead, this time around it was merely Joe Blogs that happened to impart this information to Mr Warren  NOT the iconic movie princess.

Immediately I was suspicious of Mr Warren tales. As you may already be aware, Mr Warrens invitation to be a guest speaker at the SPI conference was tarred in controversy as Sacha Christie had been blowing the whistle on some of Larry’s moonlighting affairs. After threatening members of the public with violence, Glasgow University was forced to prohibit Mr Warren from entering the facilities and the conference was in jeopardy of being scrapped In the end, a second venue on Campus was secured but Warren was barred from attending. During the course of that weekend, Peter Robbins was my guest and stayed under my roof during his stay in Glasgow.  He instantly became family.

After the drama caused by Warren in the run up to and after the conference, I was directed to the infamous image of Mr Warren that he posted on his Facebook page of him standing shoulder to shoulder with a one dimensional John Lennon.

An Impossibility considering that John Lennon was 5’10 and Mr Warren on the other hand was only 5’5. After some very quick research it was established that the image was a complete fabrication, constructed by Mr Warren and was actually taken in August 1980 and not November 1980 as Warren was claiming.

Before long it became apparent why Mr Warren constructed the fabricated image. Sacha Christie had presented information showing that Mr Warren had previously sold items which he was very adamant that previously belonged to John Lennon.

These items included a cowboy shirt along with an etched plague claiming the shirt was a gift from Lennon’s ex girlfriend, May Pang. Also sold in a separate auction was a pair of sunglasses and a cowboy hat that went for £8500.00 They are now the property of a man called Jason Cullen who runs a website called Rareandsigned.com who sells dodgy memorabilia. Posing as an agent for potential collectors, I insisted on seeing the letters of provenance for the sunglasses and cowboy hat. Both are on sale at this time for £95000.00 EACH.

Now because Mr Warren was foolish enough to release a video with Sid Goldberg showcasing Mr Warrens alleged letter evidence, samples of Mr Warrens handwriting was now freely available to the public and I compiled numerous samples of his handwriting which were then compared against the handwriting on the letters of provenance for the sunglasses.

After finding and matching numerous examples of handwriting traits it because abundantly clear that Mr Warren fabricated these two letters and forged the signatures of Charlie Lennon in the process in order to pass off these items as genuine. So now the motis operandi of Mr Warren fabricating the Lennon photograph because clear. He was using that image to promote a non existent friendship with John Lennon in order to legitimise the fake items he had been selling. With weeks away from the UFO Truth Conference, I contacted Peter Robbins and Gary Heseltine to inform them of my findings. I was extremely alarmed at the actions of Mr Warren as it was now evident that he was engaging in criminal acts of deception and deliberately setting out to deceive and mislead the public in order to gain financially though fraud and deception.

Gary Heseltine was about to co-host the UFO Truth Conference alongside Mr Warren so out of respect and concern for Mr Heseltine , I thought it was of the utmost importance that I contact him and alert him to the disturbing conclusions I had reached.

My main concern was that an ex detective and a con man were about to share a stage at a UFO truth conference. My concern was that Gary’s reputation as an ex detective and allegedly leading UK researcher were about to be jeopardised and Gary would suffer from having shared a stage with someone who flaunted the law.  In the interests of the paying audience , Ufology was in danger of being seriously damaged by this arrangement between Heseltine and Warren.

Gary was informed in confidence 396 days ago on August 26th 2016, two weeks before the conference was scheduled to take place. Gary was told in confidence but broke that confidentiality by proceeding to inform Mr Warren that I had been looking into his public claims. The conference went ahead and Gary even went as far as handing Warren an award for bravery in Ufology.  Two weeks after that, Mr Warren then issued separate threats of violence towards me. Mr Warren also now claimed to have my home address- which was curious as only two people within the Ufo community held those details. One of them didn’t have any cosy business arrangements with Mr Warren, the other just happened to be Gary Heseltine who happened to hold my details on his database. So , if Gary Heseltine did indeed impart those details to Warren, then that would be a serious breech of Data Protection Laws which are in place to safeguard that information.

Ok, so, at the end of September 2016, I decided to finally pick up the signed copy of LAEG that I purchased from Peter Robbins at the SPI conference. I opened it with a very sceptical approach, now knowing that Mr Warren was a calculating con man and went though the book picking apart each and every claim and allegation made by Warren. His claim of seeing multiple deer jump over an Air Force base perimeter fence was debunked when it was established that fences are 14ft tall minimum requirement when Deer can only jump 8ft.  His claim of the sun being bright at 06.30AM in December England was debunked when it was established via NOAA data that the sun did not appear above the horizon until 08.15am. The phonecall he claims to have made at a public phonebox which was then put though three separate operators could never have taken place according to an ex British Telecoms disclosure manager. His envelope evidence has the address ink overlapping the postmark stamper. An impossibility if it was legitimate. The list goes on. But it was not until I had actually finished the book and came to the appendix section that the bombshell was well and truly dropped.

Because I was already very well versed in Larry Warrens handwriting after working on the fabricated letters of provenance he had constructed, when I first came across Mr Warrens documents in LAEG, it was instantly established that Mr Warren fabricated the documents he presented as genuine. These documents included his training certificate which was obviously fabricated in order to say that he had passed training and was therefore cleared for duty at RAF Bentwaters.

But, why would Warren fabricate tis document?

Well it was clear that this document was required in order to maintain the illusion that Mr Warren had indeed be cleared for duty and was therefore eligible at the time of the RFI events.  Now it was self evident that Mr Warren had obviously NOT been cleared for duty and would not have been involved in the events whatsoever. So by fabricating this document, Larry would now have been cleared for duty and would be able to falsely claim that he was a participant in the RFI.

His repeated claims of suffering from Opti/ret Burn/exp as a result of seeing the UFO explode in light were also instantly vaporized when the handwriting of Dr Echols  was matched to the handwriting on Mr Warrens envelope evidence.  Then it was established that Dr Echols was not an eye doctor but an Orthopaedic doctor.

After clearing up any misunderstandings with Sacha Christie we finally combined our individually acquired results and concluded that the reason we thought that each other was stealing each others research was because we had both reached the same conclusions independently. What was even better was that we were in addition both catching information we had each overlooked. So the combined research carried out independently between us both complimented each others results. It was without doubt that Larry Warren had been lying to Peter Robbins and the entire world about his alleged involvement in the Rendlesham Forest Incident. It was clear that he was merely on the base when the events took place and decided to cash in on the event by claiming to be a genuine eyewitness and whistleblower which simply is not true.

On top of this, Sacha Christie also debunked his A-10 photograph and Warren was exposed as fabricating that as well. Even the letter evidence was busted as it was also apparent that Mr Warren penned the address on he envelope after it had been stamped as postmarked as the pen actually overlaps the stamper – which is impossible as there is no possible way that the address could be written overlapping the stamper if indeed the letter was indeed genuine as Warren claimed.

So his photos, documents and narrative were all debunked and Mr Warren was exposed as a career conman. In light of all these damming revelations, his former co-author publically severed all ties with Mr Warren in November 2016 after all this information on the Larry Warren Fraud became public knowledge.

By the time Larry Warren was flown out to Toronto to give a talk at the expense of Sid Goldberg it is abundantly clear at by this point to anyone who watches the video that Warren was clearly on edge at this talk and somewhat nervous. He even makes a flippant remark about his documents were found to be fraudulent but adamant that the military records that he claimed to have stolen – the ones in Left at East Gate were somehow still legitimate because he says so.

In February this year, Mr Warren approached a lawyer friend of his and submitted a bogus legal claim that myself and others were damaging his business selling rock and roll memorabilia. Given that Mr Warren  declared bankrupt some time ago, he was and remains in no such position to be running any kind of business whatsoever. After making this bogus legal claim, Mr Warren then obtained copies of the legal letters sent out to myself and others and illegally handed this private and confidential information to the sacked hospital porter Ben Emilyn Jones who then uploaded them to social media and broke the same privacy laws in the process.  That’s two separate criminal acts.

Currently Mr Jones is still to apologise for breaking the law and causing anguish to myself and others by doing so. Mr Jones has also written extensively defending Mr Warren while demonising myself and others for bringing this information to the public. In fact, a massive disinformation and slur campaign was initiated in order to attempt to discredit the findings that myself and others had concluded. A sad and pathetic attempt to cover up the truth of the Larry Warren fraud. Tino Megaro , Warren and Heseltine’s assistant even uploaded two videos which had to be taken down after myself and others were named and slandered and had to make defamation complaints against Mr Warren and Mr Megaro. These two videos were entitled Larry Warren replies to Peter Robbins ” and Larry Warren replies to Nick Pope. Both were unintelligible rants by Warren simply badmouthing everyone all the while spouting more lies.  Mr Heseltine also decided to contribute to this disinformation campaign by going on radio with Mr Warren to vilify and demonise the findings which Sacha, myself and others had uncovered.

Mr Heseltine dismissed my handwriting analysis on the basis that I was not a forensically trained police handwriting expert. But Mr Heseltine failed to  address on air that he had also been handed a statement from May Pang conforming that she had never ever gave Warren a single item belonging to John Lennon.

So dismissing my research on the handwriting analysis was one thing, Completely omitting the fact that he was also in possession of a firsthand witness statement which was in direct odds with Mr Warrens claim was quite another.

Now despite Mr Heseltine previously stating that Mr Warren would no longer have anything to do with UFO Truth Magazine, Mr Heseltine has went back on his word and permitted Mr Warren to frequent two conferences since making that pledge.  Warrren was on stage to hand an award to Brenda Butler at the last UFO truth conference and despite the fact that Warren has been well and truly debunked as a man who has made a living over the last 34 years lying through his teeth to the UFO community. Despite Warrens repeated threats of violence against members of the public and UFO researchers – men and women alike, despite all the numerous individual pieces of evidence that mount up proving over and over that the man is a complete fraud,  Gary Heseltine, an ex police detective and pillar of the UFO community refuses to examine this evidence in a subjective manner  with the scientific objective of discovering the truth. Instead of this, Mr Heseltine chooses to rely on the narrative of this man even though his fraudulent military documents conclusively indicate that fabricated them in order to back up his false claims of suffering from eye burns etc.

My concern is this :

Ufology is meant to be about the scientific research into a phenomena which has been ongoing around this planet for longer than officially recognised.

This years headline speaker was no less that Kathleen Marden who as you well know is the niece of Betty Hill.

What Mr Heseltine has failed to grasp is that by allowing a proven fraudster to frequent his UFO truth conference he is putting the entire subject of Ufology in jeopardy by permitting a conman under the same roof as paying conference goers and genuine speakers. How can anyone take, Gary, Kathy or Ufology seriously when their work is undermined by allowing someone who has used ufology to line their pockets for over three decades by a now disproven false narrative?

Another concern is that unsuspecting members of the public were lining up to get their photographs taken alongside Mr Warren- a man who is guilty of fleecing the UFO community for 34 years. East Anglia UFO Group proudly posted on Facebook about the conference stating they were Taking Ufology seriously at the very same time as posting a photograph with the man who fooled the UFO community for over three decades. So who is the fool? East Anglia Ufo Group. But the bigger fool is Mr Heseltine AKA Ufo Truth Magazine and sadly Ufology takes a bruising in the long run.

Myself and others have been labelled as trolls and even dubbed the Larry Warren Hate Cult and Gary Heseltine himself waded in by labelling us as A GANG OF WOLFS WITH A MELICOIUS AGENDA. This is coming from the Editor of a widely circulated UFO magazine with the word ‘truth’ in the title.

Mr Heseltine has consciously allowed the subject of Ufology to be tarnished by allowing and welcoming in this proven fraudster alongside people paying for the privilege of hearing UFO truth but what is the point when the conference is more akin to a circus freak show?  Gary Heseltine is a former detective who once swore an oath to uphold the law but having since retired from the police force, his detective skills as well as that oath appear to have been forgotten. Instead, the UFO truth magazine editor has not only subverted facts, subverted the truth but also done his part to discredit the truth.

The actions of Gary Heseltine as shameful because he is an ex detective ,  because he is also meant to be a UFO researcher, and is also the editor of UFO truth Magazine and he has acted in the most unprofessional manner when it comes down to the Larry Warren fraud.  There is no point in bringing over guests such as Travis Walton or Kathleen Marden when you find a UFO career conman under the same roof as 200 people who all paid over the top entrance fees to hear UFO truth. The man is not only doing a huge disservice to Ufology but letting down each and every conference goer and magazine subscriber. If he was an independent researcher like myself he could afford to have his opinion on the matter and that would be that. But he cannot afford to ignore the facts regarding the Larry Warren fraud because he cant be a Ufo truth host at the same time as promoting delusional thinking and disseminating disinformation into the ufo community.

Ufology is in jeopardy as long as this man continues to support and promote a proven conman under his UFO truth banner.  He cannot afford to dismiss evidence on the basis that a top cop never handed it to him. Ignorance of evidence is evidence of ignorance.

Mr Heseltine has proven that he is far from being an ethical researcher and as an ex detective and conference host/magazine editor he has systematically failed everyone for the last 396 days since first becoming aware that there was a problem regarding Mr Warren. Colonel Charles Halt tried to warn him too, but when he didn’t listen to the word of an Air Force colonel who WAS there on the third night of events at Rendlesham, what hope in hell did I ever have?

Gary Heseltine is harming Ufology. Like it or lump it that’s the truth of the matter. His actions over the handling of the Larry Warren fraud are inexcusable. He cant admit that he was suckered and conned by Larry Warren and now he is ashamed to admit that as an ex detective he failed , that as a UFO magazine editor he failed and that someone like me with no police forensic training got one up on him. I can understand how that must feel but when you mislead your paying public to save your failings then that amounts to a scandal.

When he fails to examine evidence given to him in good faith, that amounts to gross negligence and when he contributed to a smear campaign that is shameful but when he omitted pertinent facts , that’s as close to a UFO cover-up as you can get. But by ignoring evidence and continuing to promote a proven fraudster than that’s simply beyond belief.

Each day that Gary continues to support Larry Warren and ignore facts and evidence is a sad day for Ufology. By my count its day 396 so far.

Just how long will Gary continue to encourage delusional thinking and misrepresent the real UFO truth about the Larry Warren fraud?  I feel that it is very important that your opinions on the results of the Larry Warren fraud are heard as Mr Heseltine should not be permitted to continue with this callous behaviour and continue to promote and invite a conman along to a UFO truth conference.

Its bad enough already that Ufologists are painted at the tin foil hat wearing brigade. The damage that this ex detective is doing to Ufology by ignoring the facts is a scandal and by inviting Mr Warren to join in the events he opens up the potential to make not just his reputation and magazine a laughing stock but the entire subject of Ufology itself.

Mr Heseltine only needs to look as far as Left at East Gate to discover that Warrens narrative is as fake as his photo with John Lennon. There are multiple indicators left by Warren that convict him of fraud without any intervention from myself or anyone else. I don’t see Gary tackling the issue of the scientific data recorded by NOAA satellites that scientifically disprove Warrens claims about the sun being bright at 06.30am. (FOR EXAMPLE)

This alarming matter regarding safeguarding the integrity and future of Ufology is of the utmost importance and its time that someone called time on Gary encouraging delusional thinking within the UFO community.

His latest comments/spin on the Larry Warren fraud will be added shortly and further details will be published on this hilarious tragedy taking place within Ufology.
